Pizhichil
Pizhichil is an exclusive kerala style of body massage. Luke warm herbal oil is poured all over the body for about 60 to 90 minutes continuously.
Sirodhara
Sirodhara is also called Thailadhara. Medicated oil is evenly poured on the forehead in a special manner.
Vasti
Vasthi is the medicated enema therapy in Ayurveda. Herbal oil or extracts are applied as enema for a specific number of days.
Nasyam
Nasyam is one of the panchakarma treatments. Herbal juices or oils are applied through nose for 14 days or less
